This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Course Delivery

This course is completed via a traineeship where you are employed in a business and learn a broad range of business skills in the workplace and via study. Your training will be supported by workplace visits, emails, phone calls and Zoom video calls from your trainer/assessor. Intakes are ongoing throughout the year and commencement occurs after the training contract is received by the Institute.

Entry Requirements

Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals. At the commencement of the traineeship the trainee and employer will be required to sign a training agreement which specifies the duration and type of training arrangements entered into and comply with Institute requirements.
