Certificate III in Production Nursery provides you with the skills and knowledge industry expects to be achieved to meet job outcomes at this level.


Completion of this course gives you the necessary skills to work as a nurseryperson in a production nursery.


Further training pathways from this qualification include, but are not limited to Certificate IV in Horticulture or other Horticulture industry specific qualifications at Certificate IV level.

Course Delivery

This qualification is suitable for an Australian Apprenticeship. Delivery is predominantly conducted in the workplace.

Entry Requirements

Students must be currently employed as an Apprentice signed up with an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider. Each student will undertake a Pre-Enrolment Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
