This course provides opportunities for extensive knowledge based learning and skills appropriate to Managing a farm enterprise.


The Diploma of Horticulture equips the graduate with the skills required to gain a management role in the expansive horticulture industry or to gain a place to continue studies at bachelor degree level.


On successful completion of this qualification there are opportunities to continue your horticultural studies with a bachelor of Horticultural Science or similar, offered by a number of universities. A degree qualification in horticulture could potentially lead to a management position or a senior role in a number of horticultural or educational organisations.

Course Delivery

This course is delivered over 1 year flexi/online. Two semesters: Course commencing January or July.This course is an approved VET FEE-HELP/VET Student Loan course. Entry Requirements

Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
