This qualification provides students with the skills and knowledge to develop training programs, analyse training needs and designing training solutions and products to meet workplace capability requirements, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Pathways

Students may wish to continue with adult education or look at completing a dual diploma qualification by completing the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training.

Entry Requirements

It would be an advantage to have completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
