    • Victorian Ombudsman

      The Victorian Ombudsman’s role is to ensure fairness for all Victorians in their dealings with public authorities (including TAFE’s) and to improve public administration. The Ombudsman’s services are free. The Ombudsman can make enquiries and assist in resolving complaints informally, or investigate individual complaints or systemic problems and make recommendations for change if necessary. If you are seeking to make a protected disclosure, you must refer your issue or concern to the Victorian Ombudsman’s Office or the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission (IBAC). You may refer issues or concerns around fraud, corruption and/or misconduct to the Ombudsman or IBAC at any time.
