SuniTAFE is committed to transparent and accountable procurement practices when seeking goods and services with a view to ultimately achieve value-for-money outcomes in a fair, ethical manner.  

SuniTAFE aim to adopt a fair and prompt approach to the resolution of complaints in accordance with the Institutes guiding principles and relevant policies.
 
If you wish to provide feedback on SuniTAFE’s procurement practices, or formally lodge a complaint; please refer to SuniTAFE’s Complaints and Appeals Procedure. 

SuniTAFE’s Complaint Forms (Informal and Formal) can be viewed via SuniTAFE Forms. Complaint Forms are to be submitted by either mail, e-mail, or handed to your campus main office and addressed to:
