Executive Leadership Team

Day-to-day management of the organisation continues to be delegated to the CEO and the Executive Team. The CEO and the Executive Team operate under a reporting and accountability framework.

Brett Millington, CEO Born and raised in Mildura, Brett has more than 20 years’ experience at an executive level in the economic development and water industries. Sharyn Wright, General Manager - Student Experience Sharyn has more than 20 years’ experience in the tertiary education sector, having led student experience, education delivery, and curriculum development teams in her previous roles. Wayne Ketchen, General Manager - Education Delivery Wayne Ketchen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Deakin University and has more than 20 years’ experience in design and construction. Angela Gransden, Head of People and Culture Angela Gransden holds an Associate Diploma in Survey and Masters of Business Administration and has 20 years experience in Human Resources within the public sector. Angela is the new Head of People and Culture. Chelsea Garraway, Head of Governance Chelsea oversees a team working in Risk and Quality & Compliance and provides leadership and oversight of the provision of frameworks to address a range of corporate services and specialist advice.
