Graduation
Every year, we proudly host two Graduation and Awards ceremonies to celebrate the success of our students. At SuniTAFE, we’re committed to changing the lives of our students and it is a rewarding experience to see them achieve a major milestone, whether that be finishing their course or winning an award.
Graduation
Graduation is an important milestone in the educational journey, marking a student’s farewell from SuniTAFE. We are dedicated to making this a special evening for each and every person who completes their studies.
We invite all students who completed a Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Apprenticeship, or Traineeship qualification to cross the stage in front of their family and friends.
Awards and Scholarships
Graduation and Awards is also the perfect occasion to present our annual Institute awards. These awards are given to students, staff, and employers who have excelled during their time in the SuniTAFE community.
Our award categories include:
Apprentice of the Year
Student of the Year, ranging from VETDSS level to Diploma
Board Excellence Award
Teacher of the Year
Employer of the Year
Some of our award winners will have the chance to be considered for the prestigious Victorian Training Awards later in the year.
Additionally, we present scholarships to current or prospective students to support and encourage them to continue with their studies. These scholarships are provided in partnership with other local organisations, such as Chances for Children and La Trobe University.
