Overview

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to undertake a Pre-Training Review to help confirm the course is suitable, must be at least 18 years old prior to course commencement and have access to a computer and the internet. Applicants must have access to a suitable workplace and be in a supervisory role to can undertake assessment project work with team members, to meet performance evidence requirements and complete assessment tasks. Applicants must have access to working professionals (Manager, Line Manager, Technical Experts) who are willing to complete observation assessment activities via Third Party Reports.
