Food & Wine Processing

The Mildura region is in the centre of Australia's largest wine grape production region and is Australia's largest wine manufacturing and packaging centre. Learn the ins and outs of general food production and the wine industry through tailored workplace training.


Food Processing

Further your career in the food and wine processing industries with tailored workplace training. SuniTAFE delivers on-site training to meet the needs of a changing and diverse food manufacturing industry. Students are supported in their learning by experienced teaching staff with strong industry links.


Hospitality, Tourism and Events

Practical, hands on training is provided to meet the needs of the tourism industry for cookery and hospitality service. Students enhance and perfect their skills in SuniTAFE's training restaurant and apprentices have the opportunity to participate in the Chefs of the Future cooking competition. Students also have the opportunity to experience local events like The Longest Lunch and Tourism Week.


Hospitality

Designed to meet the needs of a growth industry, SuniTAFE offers students practical, hands-on training. Our hospitality students practice and perfect their skills in the SuniTASTE training restaurant, which is open to the public. SuniTAFE's hospitality teachers are recognised as experts in their field and enjoy strong links with local businesses. Our apprentices also have the opportunity to participate in local events, including the Chefs of the Future cooking competition.
