Overview

The 2 day AgVet Chemical Users Course allows you to develop the skills and knowledge required to assist you to comply with State/Territory licensing requirements for the purchase and application of agricultural chemicals in primary industries.

Careers

This course provides the required training for many Industry Quality Assurance Programs and is necessary to apply for the Victorian Agricultural Chemical Users.

Pathways

The two units AHCCHM307 Prepare and apply chemicals and AHCCHM304 Transport, handle and store chemicals provide credits towards the partial completion of a number of courses within the AHC (Agriculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management) Training Package.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to undertake a Pre-Training Review to help confirm the course is suitable. Applicants will be required to provide their own work boots at an approximate cost from $100
