The Certificate IV in Graphic design will provide you with a range of practical skills to create print, typographic, packaging and digital media solutions using the creative design process. The course establishes a foundation of strong design fundamentals and theoretical knowledge. Your learning experience will be enhanced in our graphic design studio space with access to industry standard equipment and connections to leaders in the field. Students will be equipped to join the workforce in a junior design role or pre-press operator at printers, sign writers, newspapers or graphic design studio.
Students who complete this course will be well placed to study the Diploma of Graphic Design course at SuniTAFE.

Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals. Students will need to book in for a portfolio interview. Portfolio interviews will be held on Tuesday December 6. Portfolios should contain 5-10 pieces of creative works from any creative discipline. Portfolios can be shown in digital or hard-copy format.
