Scholarships
SuniTAFE has formed a community partnership with a range of organisations to offer students exciting education scholarships.
Scholarships are provided to ensure that the absence of money or support will not stand in the way of a young person achieving their potential.
Sunraysia Institute of TAFE and Chances for Children Scholarship
The scholarships will provide $5,000 per year to support students who meet the following criteria:- are Australian citizens
- are aged between 16 and 25
- reside in north-west Victoria or south-west New South Wales
- are able to demonstrate financial hardship
- will be studying at one of the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE campuses

Albert Heslop Memorial Travel Grant
The Travel Grant was established in honour of Albert Heslop, a state viticulturist, councillor of Swan Hill and Life Member of the Murray Darling Association. The grant is for $4,000 (including GST). $3,000 of the grant moneys will be awarded at the start and $1,000 granted on receipt of the written report.Applicants must be aged between 18 and 40 years living and working in:
- NSW Shires of Wakool, Balranald, Central Darling or Wentworth; or
- Victoria Rural Cities of Swan Hill or Mildura, or Shire of Gannawarra

Dr Alan Antcliff AM Memorial Scholarship
The Dr Alan Antcliff AM Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student undergoing training in Production Horticulture, who has achieved a level of excellence in the first stage or year of a course, and is going on to complete a second stage, or year, of a course. The awardee would thus be selected at the conclusion of the first stage, or year. The scholarship is for $1,000 (including GST).The scholarship is intended to assist the student in meeting the costs of course fees, text books, and other requisites in the second year of the course.

The Sunraysia Institute of TAFE and Temba Orchards Scholarship
The scholarships will provide $1,500 per year to support students who meet the following criteria:- are Australian citizens
- are aged between 16 and 25
- reside in north-west Victoria or south-west New South Wales
- are undergoing a horticulture or agriculture traineeship
- will be studying at one of the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE campuses

Destination Australia Scholarships for international students
Destination Australia scholarships are an Australian Government initiative to attract and support Australian and international students to study in regional Australia at quality tertiary education providers. Sunraysia Institute of TAFE has five prestigious Destination Australia scholarships to award to new international students commencing at the Mildura campus in 2024.
