Diane holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and has over 30 years’ extensive experience as a CPA in both Commercial and Government roles as a Senior Manager. Diane also has over 10 years’ experience in running her own CPA Accounting practice for a diverse range of business and Non-profit entities.

Diane brings a vast knowledge of Financial Management, Taxation and Accounting Principles that can be applied in both strategic and day to day business operations.

Diane is currently employed in an Executive Leadership position at SuniTAFE as General Manager of Corporate Services including the statutory position of CFO. Diane is responsible for strategic leadership and Governance roles for Financial Services, Procurement, Human Resources, Compliance and Risk and Education Services and Delivery oversight.
