SuniTAFE is a vibrant educational community providing vocational education and training for the people of Loddon Mallee North and beyond.
We are seeking suitably a qualified professional for the role of Teacher – Early Years to join our Early Years, Education Support & Beauty team at the Swan Hill campus.
Under supervision, the appointee will be required to contribute to planning, marketing, teaching and assessing Early Years qualifications which may range from Certificate I through to Diploma level. The appointee will work closely with the Education Delivery Manager – Early Years, Education Support & Beauty and Education Business Unit colleagues to ensure these programs are structured around client demand in Swan Hill and the surrounding regions. As required the incumbent will be required to teach online, face-to-face or a combination of both delivery modes (blended delivery).
Applicants will be required to have:
• Relevant Industry Qualification and a minimum of three years professional industry experience is essential to this position
• A current Certificate IV TAE40116 is essential to the position or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
• Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse learner population are required.
• Well-developed skills in teaching including the ability deal with tight timelines and conflicting demands.
• Commitment to deliver high quality programs across a range of qualification levels.
The successful candidate will be required to provide:
• A successful criminal record check which is less than 6 months old; and
• A working with children check
