SuniTAFE can provide public companies/ organisations the use of an Auditorium.
The Auditorium is located at the Mildura campus, Benetook Avenue, in Building A. The Auditorium seats up to 196 people and is equipped with lecture style seating.
Some additional audiovisual equipment can be provided at no extra charge if requested at the time of the booking and subject to availability.

Please notify us requirements for equipment when making the initial booking. This includes any equipment you plan to bring and connect SuniTAFE equipment. Technical staff are available during business hours to assist (other times by negotiation).
Videoconferencing Room/Board Room
We have an expansive board room with IP videoconferencing equipment, suitable for meetings, interviews, information sessions, public forums and similar events. External organisations often use this facility to hold public forums via videoconference. SuniTAFE (Mildura) facilities have multipoint conferencing this allows four participants to sit in a virtual conference room and communicate as if they were sitting next to each other. Please email the AV Officer for details.
The campus also has a range of other communication equipment available for use, including:
- Internet capable computers
- Fax machine
- Landline telephones
Please tell us if you will need to use any of this when booking. Additional charges may apply.
The Hub/SuniTASTE Training Restaurant
We have a large indoor student common area called “The Hub.” It is well suited for exhibitions, promotions and displays. Adjacent to this is the SuniTASTE Training Restaurant and two commercial kitchens that serve it. The restaurant space can be combined with The Hub to create a very large dining space, or a larger event space. It can also be hired separately.
We have a massive grassed field on the 14th Street side of the campus that hosts the Mildura Field Days and a number of circuses each year. It has also had sky divers land on it, hosted a sustainability festival, and was home to the 2004 World Hot Air Ballooning Championships. It’s a versatile space! If you can think of something you’d like to do there, give us a call.
We have a wide range of art facilities available for hire. These include:
- Printmaking studio
- Photography studio
- Sculpture area
- Painting room
- Drawing room
- Dark room
These art facilities are available to SuniTAFE students and the community at an hourly rate. For occupational health and safety reasons, people are required to work in a minimum group of 2.
Our Mildura Campus has a variety of other facilities for hire. These include a seminar room, library meeting rooms, classrooms, laboratories, computer rooms, hair and beauty salons, a boutique motel and an assortment of other rooms. Please talk to us about your requirements. We probably have a space that suits your needs.
A catering service is available at our Mildura Campus. Please mention your catering requirements when booking.

Swan Hill Campus
Tower Hill Eco Demonstration Centre
This 9 star energy rated building features:
- Tranquil surroundings – separate from main buildings
- Training room that can seat 30 theatre style or 16 conference table layout
- Data projector with screen and Internet access
Our Swan Hill Campus has a variety of other facilities for hire, including classrooms and an ISDN and IP videoconferencing room. Please talk to us about your requirements. We probably have a space that suits your needs.

Robinvale and Cardross
We also have facilities for hire in Robinvale and Cardross.
In Robinvale, we have an open indoor area that is often used for private and community meetings, as well as classrooms. The campus also has tea and coffee making facilities that can also be used by groups that hire rooms. Whiteboards, projectors and computers are available for use. Our Cardross Farm (near Mildura) has a variety of horticultural settings suitable for outdoor demonstrations and events, and there’s a BBQ and pizza oven available for your occasion. If you’ve got an agricultural product you’d like to test through trial work, we have sites you can use. Organisations such as Bayer Crop Science and Murray Valley Winegrowers’ Inc have done this at our farm in the past. The farm also has classrooms available.
