Overview

This course is intended for people seeking to work in the Beauty industry. the course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide beauty services such as waxing, makeup applications, tanning, lash and brow services and other facets around client and customer service and consultation. The course will provide knowledge and understanding of the regulations, policies and procedures of a licensed beauty salon by providing real life beauty services on clients.

Diploma of Beauty Therapy, which can be completed at SuniTAFE.

Course Delivery

Classroom-based full-time delivery, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 4pm.

Entry Requirements

Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals. students are required to provide own models for completing some practical assessments during the salon delivery days.
