Overview

This course is intended for people seeking to work in the Beauty industry and provides the skills and knowledge required to provide services such as waxing, makeup applications, tanning, lash and brow services and other facets around client and customer service and consultation. The course will provide knowledge and understanding of the regulations, policies and procedures of a licensed beauty salon by providing real life beauty services on clients.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to undertake a Pre-Training Review to help confirm the course is suitable and must have access to a computer and the internet. Students are required to arrange their own clients for beauty treatments and services during scheduled salon days when required (clients will attend the beauty salon and treatment rooms during the hours of 9am - 3pm Tuesday-Thursday when needed). Students Under 18 years of age to provide parent/guardian consent to preform beauty treatments and services and participate in beauty treatment and services for training and assessment.
