Under the direction of the Education Business Manager you will be required to contribute to planning, marketing, teaching and assessing qualifications. Your training delivery plan will set out the topics you need to cover in classes and workshops.
The EDS Team will also support teachers with an e-learning strategy, best practice tools, 2 year Professional Development Plan/schedule and online course repository. EDS facilitates an Annual Teacher Conference to develop teacher capability and Professional Educators College Program (PEC) to up-skill teachers via professional development opportunities to maintain professional and vocational currency.
You are encouraged to undertake professional development, network with the VET sector and local industry stakeholders such as businesses and employers, participate in committees and reference groups. Industry Advisory Panels are critical in evaluating and enhancing programs and services.
