Pursue your passion for food, wine and hospitality.  Hospitality is a rewarding and ever changing role to improve your skills across a range of cookery and hospitality front of house settings.

Students can practice and perfect their skills in the commercial kitchens and SuniTASTE training restaurant on site at the Mildura Campus. 

What you'll learn:

This hospitality front of house course teaches you skills to be on the floor with customers, serving and providing a great experience and represent your business professionally.   

Commercial Cookery
Training as a commercial cook will provide skills for you to work in the kitchen cooking, preparing and serving food to customers.  This course provides a good starting point to learn skills that lead to an apprenticeship.
