Salary is assessed by an individual’s qualifications, teaching experience or role classification in line with the terms of the Victorian TAFE Teaching Staff Agreement and Sunraysia Institute of TAFE Enterprise (PACCT) Agreement. TAFE Teaching Incentive
Every course taught at TAFE needs an industry expert with the know-how to teach it. You name the TAFE course and if you're qualified, you could teach it.
TAFE teachers come from a wide range of backgrounds, you might be:
